| A: SPD ON-LINE is a state-of-the-art database catering to the day-to-day needs of stunt coordinators, producers, directors, wardrobe personnel and casting agents. It's been in development for 18 years. SPD ON-LINE is entered by way of the Internet, SPD is a highly sophisticated database, protected by several layers of security. In addition, we thoroughly verify the status of a stunt person or actor before adding them to the SPD site, to make sure that only legitimate industry members are part of the data base. Your help in filtering out impostors is welcomed also. SPD ON-LINE is the database version of the Stunt Players Directory. You must e-mail a SAG card before logging on. If not SAG then AFTRA. | |
| Q: I'M A UNION STUNT PERSON/ACTOR AND WOULD LIKE TO JOIN. HOW DO I JOIN? | |
| A: If you're a member of SAG, AFTRA, Equity, ACTRA, or any other professional actors union, the onlinel enrollment for the SPD website is FREE. Beyond that, after you sign into your free account, you will see optional account upgrades if you are interested in including a full resume, list of abilities, additional photos, and embedded YouTube videos. To be listed at SPD online simply e-mail a copy of your union membership card(s) to: Wally@Stuntplayers.com Every year applications to the hard copy of SPD will be mailed out to your corrects address you have entered here. | |
| Q: HOW DOES THE RESUME SERVICE WORK? | |
| A: Very simple. Once you sign up you will update your resume, photos, videos, abilities, and personal details yourself on your member home pages - every day if you'd like. All you need to do is log in and fill in the blanks. If you don't have a photo loaded yet your free account won't yet be enabled. The links for adding headshots are on the member home pages as well as a link for changing your username & password as well as other personal details. Please be aware that your membership level determines the information displayed on your profile(s). There are now many copy cat companies doing what we have done for 18 years. do you want a copy or the very tried and true best? | |
| Q: HOW WILL A STUNT COORDINATOR CONTACT ME ONCE I'M PART OF THE STUNT DIRECTORY DATABASE? | |
| A: You are a freelance day player and don't have agents so the information you give in the hard copy of the Stunt Directory is all we have to go by. We list only answering services, voice mail, pagers, faxes and no addresses. Unless otherwise directed by you. Unlike the hard copy of the Stunt Players Directory SPD ON-LINE offers the ability to search. The book does not have that ability. | |

| A: YES!!! Video links to YouTube or similar services may be embedded in certain sections of members' profiles. This allows for fast streaming and the highest quality offered by such services.It is up and running now so be sure and check it out.. | |

| A: No. We are endorsed by the working stunt community only. We represent stunts and only stunts, 2nd unit directors and stunt related projects. We do not promote any other directory that mixes stunt people with actors, comedians etc. even though our stunt people do acting and there is a stunt actor section in the directory | |

| A: Being in the Stunt Players Directory and SPD ON-LINE does not prom ise you will get work. Not being listed or on-line promises you could surely miss getting work. | |
